Job Summary:
Providing specialized nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, the Registered Nurse will oversee patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions aligned with physician orders.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting changes and responding to clinical needs promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate ongoing care and discharge planning.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and compliance standards.
• Support on-call duties, providing after-hours coverage as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in LTAC, MS/TELE, or Adult ICU settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC EMR and clinical documentation.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification.
• Neuro experience preferred, with ability to handle complex cases.
• Ability to work 36 or 48 hours per week in day shifts.
