Job Summary:
Provide Care as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse in a fast-paced hospital setting, delivering attentive and compassionate patient care. Utilize clinical skills to support patient recovery and well-being during extended shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting findings accurately.
• Start IV’s, perform basic wound care, and maintain surgical drains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with a minimum of 2 years Med/Surg experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in starting IVs, wound care, and handling surgical drains.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care effectively.
• Able to adapt to a floating policy and work rotating shifts, including weekends.
