Job Summary:
Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting, focusing on evaluation and treatment to promote recovery and improve function. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and vestibular therapy.
• Document patient progress and update treatment strategies accordingly in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy programs, exercises, and safety procedures.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license.
• Possess at least 2 years of clinical outpatient therapy experience.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic outpatient setting.
• Preferably experienced in vestibular therapy procedures.
