Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Medical Surgical RN for immediate placement in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring optimal recovery outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid and active RN license in New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Proficiency in using Epic EMR system.
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics and recent travel experience.
• Ability to work floating shifts as required.
