Job Summary:
seeking experienced Registered Nurse to provide medical-surgical care on a adult inpatient unit. The role involves managing post-surgical patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, recording vital signs and clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary and documenting all interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless recovery process.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New York RN license and valid driver’s license with address matching demographics.
• Possess current AHA BLS certification.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems, preferably EPIC.
• Have documentation of recent travel experience, if applicable.
