Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry to provide high-quality patient care. Responsible for monitoring patient cardiovascular status and responding to emergent issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and establish individualized care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Document patient responses and update medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond swiftly to any abnormal cardiac events or patient emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring preferred.
• Certification in ACLS strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
