Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and telemetry services. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through accurate assessment and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and detect arrhythmias or abnormalities.
• Document patient status and telemetry data accurately in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to abnormal findings or emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and telemetry procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess of at least 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
• Maintain current healthcare provider CPR/BLS certification.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and communication skills.
