Job Summary:
Provide specialized NICU nursing care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Ensure the highest standards of safety, clinical accuracy, and compassionate care for newborns requiring intensive support.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive neonatal care.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic medical records.
• Educate family members on neonatal care, procedures, and discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state nursing license with pending licenses accepted and in hand by the start date.
• Possess a BSN degree (preferred) or appropriate RN credential.
• Demonstrate recent NICU experience meeting the specified requirements.
• Certification in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required at time of submission.
• BLS certification is mandatory; NRP must be current or pending.
• Ability to work night shifts (4x12 hour nights) and adapt to variable schedules.
