Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The ideal candidate will provide expert support to critically ill newborns and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients continuously to detect changes in condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and interventions in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide family education and emotional support to parents and guardians.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active registered nurse license in the state of practice or pending licensure with license in hand by Wednesday before start date.
• Possess BLS certification; NRP certification required and must be in hand at submission or pending with approval.
• Demonstrate minimum 1 year of recent NICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work night shift (3x12 hours) from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Proven competency with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Successfully pass background checks and provide required references.
