Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. Support patients through childbirth, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
• Educate patients and families on labor processes, postpartum care, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations during labor and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Hold valid and current BLS/ALS certifications.
• Possess and maintain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Be proficient in fetal monitoring and handling high-risk pregnancies.
• Exhibit excellent communication, adaptability, and compassionate patient care skills.
