Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients across all ages and acuity levels, including Neonatal ICU. This role involves night shifts and rotating call, providing critical support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy and ventilation management for diverse patient populations.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and ensure accurate interpretation of respiratory assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities and patient responses.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with neonatal and pediatric respiratory care, including Level 2 NICU procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA).
• Possess NBRC RRT certification; CRT is not acceptable.
• Demonstrate at least 5 years of critical care and ventilator management experience.
• Have neonatal and pediatric respiratory experience, including Level 2 NICU.
• Maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Be fully vaccinated against influenza (mandatory from October 1 to April 1).
