Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Recognize and respond to cardiac rhythms, using ECG interpretation skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess at least 12 months of recent, relevant experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Certification in AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS must be active and current.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and pass associated assessments during orientation.
• Be willing to work every other holiday and participate in rotating shifts.
• Provide a manager or supervisor reference from the past 12 months.
