Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital setting. Deliver patient-centered care while ensuring safety and compliance with facility standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize abnormal ECG rhythms, responding appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio or compact state RN license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 12 months of recent permanent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficient in ECG rhythm recognition and capable of passing related assessments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday as required.
