Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients to enhance their functional skills and independence. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs to develop appropriate therapy strategies.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving or restoring patient mobility and daily functioning.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and ways to optimize recovery.
• Comply with all facility protocols, safety standards, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Have previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
