Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients to assist in improving their daily living and functional skills. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs related to occupational therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
• Implement therapeutic interventions focused on enhancing motor, sensory, or cognitive functions.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, strategies, and adaptive equipment.
• Adhere to facility policies, including bringing proper identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Require current state or federal issued identification for facility access.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Have a minimum of one year of direct clinical experience preferred.
