Job Summary:
Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals by providing skilled occupational therapy services. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine treatment needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance recovery and maintain progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services in clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
