Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide essential nursing assistant services in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting, ensuring residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Support infection control policies and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with mobility and repositioning to prevent bedsores and improve comfort.
• Document care provided and resident responses accurately and completely.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license.
• Proven experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and basic life support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely.
