Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation and therapy programs. The role involves assisting licensed therapists in delivering effective treatment plans and ensuring patient progress.

Responsibilities:

• Support licensed physical therapists in administering treatment plans.
• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient responses and progress during therapy sessions.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and home exercises.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols throughout all activities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current state-issued Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of physical therapy principles and procedures.
• Have experience assisting in patient care within a clinical setting.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional liability insurance if required by state regulations.
