Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients. Ensure the delivery of quality care and support patient recovery efforts under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Support the physical therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and record observations.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Educate patients on exercises and therapies prescribed.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA or equivalent).
• Proven experience supporting physical therapy patients.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
