Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced hospital environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of neonatal patients through expert clinical skills and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medications, IVs, and medical devices for neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform neonatal assessments, observe changes in condition, and document findings accurately.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment following hospital policies and procedures.
• Educate parents and family members on neonatal care and discharge instructions.
• Comply with all hospital regulations including certifications and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Hold current NRP certification; NIC-RNC preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Be able to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented setting.
• Strong understanding of neonatal procedures and equipment.
• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
