Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting. Ensure patient safety, monitor clinical progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced neonatal care procedures to stabilize and treat infants.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and response to treatments continuously.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate and support families of critically ill newborns regarding treatments and care strategies.
• Adhere strictly to unit policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Must possess NRP certification; RNC or similar neonatal specialty is a plus.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neonatal care equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
