Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns in a Level III NICU setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for vulnerable infants.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced neonatal care, including routine and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, medical equipment, and patient responses continuously.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure proper use and sterilization of specialized neonatal equipment.
• Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, preferably in a Level III setting.
• Maintain current NRP certification; NICU-RNC certification preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to respond swiftly during emergencies.
