Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in a critical care environment. This role involves managing neurological post-thrombectomy, TPA, neurosurgical, and other ICU patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced critical care interventions to ICU patients, including those with neurological conditions.
• Monitor and operate specialized equipment such as Baxter pumps, bedside EVDs, and A-line monitoring systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform procedures such as CRRT, bedside EVD management, and vascular access.
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately within the Cerner system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and unit-specific protocols to ensure quality care.

Qualifications:

• Hold active ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience.
• Experience caring for neurology post-thrombectomy, TPA, and neurosurgery patients preferred.
• Proficient in managing critically ill patients requiring complex interventions.
• Skilled in using ICU equipment and documentation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and float as required.
