Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized critical care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing services tailored to critically ill patients, supporting recovery and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs diligently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and adjust interventions as needed.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience.
• Proven ability to manage critically ill patients efficiently.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• CPR and ACLS certification required.
