Job Summary:
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and compliant workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process for open positions.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee relations initiatives and address HR-related inquiries.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with HR compliance.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance department efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferably have experience with payroll systems such as QuickBooks, Pay Choice, or Payroll Associates.
• Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hold relevant HR certifications or additional training (preferred).
