Job Summary:
The Human Resources Representative is responsible for executing payroll processing for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring all wages, garnishments, and benefits deductions are accurate. They support various accounting and payroll projects while maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll transactions accurately and timely for all employees.
• Assist in entering and paying wage garnishments and processing property payroll transfer reports.
• Verify benefits deductions and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support leadership with various payroll and accounting-related projects.
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year payroll processing experience or 2 years with a bachelor’s degree; 4 years with a high school diploma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QuickBooks and Pay Choice or Payroll Associates preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
