Job Summary:
This position involves processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accurate benefit deductions, and managing wage garnishments. The role provides support to leadership on various accounting projects to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
• Assist in entering and paying wage garnishments.
• Manage property payroll transfer reports.
• Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Support leadership with diverse accounting and payroll-related projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience or 2 years with a Bachelor's degree; High School diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QuickBooks and Pay Choice or Payroll Associates preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards.
