Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled MS/Tele RN to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy and IV placement, to meet the department's requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency in phlebotomy and IV insertion, adhering to facility protocols.
• Manage and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias and administer blood products as needed.
• Monitor and care for patients with trachs, chest tubes, and other invasive devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in Epic.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New York or eligible pending license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
• Proficient in EPIC charting and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred.
• Ability to handle complex clinical scenarios including wound care, trauma, and cardiac drips.
• Flexibility to float within scope and work night shifts as required.
