Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy care to neonatal, pediatric, and critical care patients within ICU settings, supporting high-level patient needs and contributing to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced respiratory treatments and interventions to NICU, PICU, and CVICU pediatric patients.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and clinical observations in compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and safety protocols, including active NBRC and BLS certifications.
• Support hospital initiatives by floating to designated units as needed and participating in ongoing competency training.

Qualifications:

• Hold Ohio RRT license with at least two years of ICU pediatric respiratory experience.
• Possess active NBRC certification, BLS, and PALS; advanced NRP required.
• Demonstrate experience working with high-level neonatal, pediatric, and cardiovascular ICU patients (Level 4).
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screenings within specified timeframes.
• Possess strong communication skills, with experience providing care in fast-paced ICU environments.
• Prior travel experience preferred, with a commitment to compliance and documentation requirements.
