Job Summary:
Assist patients with respiratory issues by providing effective respiratory care and therapy. Ensure compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and facility requirements to deliver safe and quality services.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, suctioning, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, assessments, and patient progress.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RRT license in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• NBRC certification and BLS certification are required and must be active and in hand at submission.
• Must have recent work history, including Cleveland Clinic or similar facilities, documented in profile.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to float and adapt to different facility needs as required.
