Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care and support in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications and experience to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and treatments in accordance with physician directives.
• Monitor patient responses to therapies and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, cleaned, and maintained.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RRT license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT in a clinical setting.
• NBRC certification and BLS certification required, active and in hand at time of submission.
• Must have strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and equipment.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) including weekends as needed.
• Must pass a negative 10-panel drug screen including Nicotine (Cotinine) within 12 months of start.
