Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role requires ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of residents through expert clinical practices and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate ongoing care.
• Document care activities accurately and maintain detailed resident records.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
