Job Summary:
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care on a per diem basis for a 13-week assignment, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols during 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and monitor vital signs continuously using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and alarms, ensuring immediate intervention.
• Comply with all regulatory and hospital policies, including completing full compliance profiles within two weeks of start.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in telemetry monitoring and patient care.
• Ability to work independently during 12-hour shift periods on a per diem basis.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of infection control, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Flexibility to meet the minimal requirements and complete onboarding within designated timelines.
