Job Summary:
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care on a per diem basis, ensuring patient safety and clinical excellence. This position involves supporting short-term staffing needs with flexible scheduling for a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care according to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, responding promptly to changes.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific requirements.
• Complete full compliance profiles within two weeks of start date.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid registered nurse license in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Show ability to work independently and efficiently during 12-hour shifts.
• Be able to meet all compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start.
