Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit, supporting women through childbirth and postpartum. Ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health, utilizing advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform procedures such as vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&C, cerclage, and C-hyst.
• Provide immediate newborn care, ensuring compliance with neonatal protocols.
• Educate patients and families about childbirth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Demonstrate high-risk pregnancy and postpartum care expertise.
• Possess NRP, BLS, and ALS certifications.
• Have proficiency in advanced fetal monitoring and circulating procedures.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and adaptable personality.
