Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, implementing treatment plans to promote mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and home care.
• Document patient care, progress, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Comply with all safety and clinical protocols to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience providing physical therapy services in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ability to perform assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Certified in CPR/BLS.
