Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional independence. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and equipment to administer therapy interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, care protocols, and safety measures.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and treatment modifications accurately and timely.
• Supervise and collaborate with assigned assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain compliance with departmental and organizational policies, including safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Possess valid Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrate at least two years of recent experience in a clinical setting.
• Be proficient in using electronic health records, including EPIC.
