Job Summary:
Responsible for evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients requiring respiratory therapy. Provides high-quality care by implementing appropriate respiratory interventions and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed.
• Document care provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize respiratory care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist within a specialized setting.
• Hold a valid Northside RRT License and NBRC-RRT certification.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong understanding of respiratory care equipment and protocols.
