Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting. The nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered service while adhering to facility policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Perform clinical duties including arrhythmia interpretation and medication management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Comply with organizational policies on safety, attendance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license and ability to obtain a license before start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting; 2 years preferred.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NIH required.
• Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication tests on the first day of orientation.
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred but not required.
• Willing to float within scope to meet departmental needs, including possible unit changes.
