Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care to patients under physician direction, ensuring optimal respiratory function and patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective respiratory therapy interventions in a dynamic clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation.
• Assess patient conditions and document respiratory therapy progress accurately.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and management techniques.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid licensure and certifications as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of respiratory care procedures and protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and patient assessment skills.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical respiratory therapy setting preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings and evenings.
