Job Summary:
Provide high-quality medical-surgical care to adult patients in a hospital setting during night shifts. Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, and administer medications according to physician orders.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond promptly to abnormalities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
• Provide at least one recent reference from a supervisor, manager, or director within the past 12 months.
• Be willing to complete required assessments, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests.
