Job Summary:
Provides physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine patient needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based clinical techniques.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring and enhancing physical function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and within designated timeframes.
• Supervise and coordinate with assigned therapy assistants or support staff.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Possess valid state licensure or license eligibility for Physical Therapy practice.
• Maintain current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Have at least two years of recent outpatient or inpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and competence in patient evaluation and intervention.
