Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to variable schedules, including weekend shifts, and capable of managing a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy.
• Possess strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Be flexible with variable shifts, including weekends.
