Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on restoring and improving physical functions through individualized treatment plans. Works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and promote wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and treatment needs.
• Develops and implements personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based protocols.
• Performs therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional capabilities.
• Educates patients and their families on exercises, posture, and injury prevention strategies.
• Documents clinical assessments, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely.
• Supervises and mentors assigned assistants, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• Holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved provider.
• Minimum of two years recent outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrates strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with treatment techniques.
• Exhibits excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
