Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to provide compassionate patient care at a premier healthcare facility. The role offers opportunities for shift flexibility and potential to support multiple units, including Med/Surg Tele and Emergency Department.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess for clinical deterioration.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, certification, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio or compact state RN license in hand at the time of application.
• Possess 18 months of recent, combined perm experience in Med/Surg Tele, preferably within one healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate active certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Be able to work at least every other holiday shifts.
• Have references from recent managers or supervisors within the past 12 months.
