Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide top-quality care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work night shifts on a 3-12 hour schedule, contributing to patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient vital signs and observe for any changes in condition.
• Document patient care activities and maintain detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Ohio license or compact state license in hand at submission.
• Possess at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication practices.
• Provide at least one recent reference from a supervisor or manager within the last 12 months.
• Be able to pass required assessments and screenings, including background and drug tests.
