Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive respiratory care and perform diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care and ventilator experience, with neonatal and pediatric expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and diagnostic tests according to physician orders.
• Monitor and manage ventilator settings and patient responses in critical care environments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, procedures, and patient progress.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Provide education and support to patients and families as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of critical care, ventilator management, neonatal, and pediatric experience.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (American Heart Association).
• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle high-acuity cases independently.
