Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for patients of all ages and acuity levels. The role requires critical care expertise, ventilator management, and neonatal and pediatric experience to support cardiopulmonary needs in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapies and diagnostic procedures according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Manage ventilator settings and monitor patient responses to optimize respiratory support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, interventions, and patient progress.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards in respiratory care.
• Provide education and support to patients and family members regarding respiratory conditions and treatments.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist (DORA-RT) license in good standing.
• Complete an approved Respiratory Therapy Program as required for licensure.
• Hold current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (AAP) certifications.
• Demonstrate excellent critical care and ventilator management skills.
• Have neonatal and pediatric respiratory experience.
• Be able to work a 3-12-hour day shift with no call requirements.
