Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients in a high-acuity NICU setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver critical respiratory interventions and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments using advanced equipment such as Hamilton G5 and C1 ventilators.
• Conduct breathing treatments and assess ventilator function regularly.
• Perform detailed respiratory assessments, including breathing and ventilation evaluations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and equipment usage in the EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and procedures for neonatal and pediatric care.

Qualifications:

• Current licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with a minimum of 1-year acute care hospital experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.
• Prefer candidates with NICU/PEDS experience and Level 1 Trauma experience.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a high-energy, critical care environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
