Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a seasonal travel position in a Level III NICU. This role involves providing advanced respiratory care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilator and airway management for neonatal patients.
• Assess and respond to patient needs, ensuring optimal respiratory function.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures in Meditech EMR.
• Support clinical procedures such as airway management, ventilator adjustments, and ED support.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies, safety standards, and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid NBRC Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Minimum of 6 months current NICU-level III RRT experience.
• Must hold BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Pediatric experience required, with prior NICU and PEDS background preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ventilator management and neonatal airway protocols.
• Prior Meditech EMR experience is highly desirable.
